Brandi Thompson Boyce

Director of Client Services

With more than 20 years’ experience in the intricacies of the insurance industry, Brandi brings a high level of skill and detailed knowledge of the many layers of client relationships, employee/employer products and medical, ancillary and work-life benefits to the Vertus team. Her reputation for providing “best in class” client service in all areas ranging from eligibility and claims to open enrollment and contract review makes her an invaluable team member in building strong carrier, vendor and client relationships at both the employer and employee level.

In her current role at Vertus, Brandi oversees the company’s client management team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. She creates and optimizes process workflows to guarantee efficiencies within the Vertus team and enhance the customer experience for Vertus clients and their employees.

Before joining Vertus, Brandi served in senior roles leading national teams and consulting with clients on a wide range of insurance specialties. As a senior account executive with Vista National Insurance Group, she provided service to a $1 million client base with a concentrated focus on mid-size and large groups and held a book of business of more than 60 clients. Prior to that she worked as a provider solutions specialist with Great West Healthcare, where she governed provider contracting for all providers in the Midwest Region.

Brandi received the 2020 Risk & Insurance Power Broker award for her creativity, customer service and industry knowledge in Employee Benefits. In addition, she is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).

Brandi is an avid traveler, and enjoys hiking with her family, yoga and running. She splits her time between Phoenix and Chicago.
